My Role includes processing contractors assignments and ID documents onto our system so that they are able to get paid.I contact contractors to inform them of changes or updates regarding their assignments and contact agencies for further assignment details.
I have learnt how to develop my team building skills as i work with a range of teams each day.It has also helped me gain experience in the day to day working world.
I enjoy being able to develop my life skills each day and build relationships with others.i'm very proud of the progress i have made on the apprenticeship and i am excited to continue.
The programme is very scheduled with organised visits and a good pace of progress is being made.
I receive lots of support from my employer and they make it very easy to continue my course.
I am always able to contact my trainer regarding any questions i have which helps me achieve my qualifications.
I think my qualification has helped me build my confidence in my role and has also provided a lot of background knowledge as to why doing my job correctly is important.
I attend regular social activities that work have created such as Christmas parties and charity events.
