Yes, I have earned my English and Maths qualification and I have learnt more about my company and the effect I have on things like brand reputation, customer satisfaction and overall how and what my company focuses and values are.
I really enjoy learning on a whole so learning about the place I spend 8 hours a day 5 days a week in was beneficial as it makes me appreciate the reason I am here and knowing how I impact the business.
There was a hiccup with the new system Bud as this was something new to my trainer also however he took it in his stride and remained professional during the learning curve.
I was allowed time to complete any assignment and for my meetings so they have been really supportive.
I received a great deal from my training provider, my trainer was always on hand via email or phone if I ever needed anything.
it has helped a great deal as I understand how it all fits together and how each department fits together. It has helped me communicate with my colleagues better.
Not currently that I am aware of.
Yes
It has been a real enjoyable experience, everyone I have met has been really friendly and approachable and I have not once worried about getting through this course.
Go for it, you wont be disappointed.
