i start my day by doing my van checks every morning i also have to check the pit stop to make sure that all parts of the customer shopping is there then i load the van to how the pit stop says load it then go and deliver to the customer
i have english and maths level 2
i injoy doing my job very much and keeping customers happy
i feel the programme is very organised and the staff make u feel at esey
dont really feel i get any support from my mangament team
i feel my trainers through out the course have been very supportive and answered any questions ive asked
ive put all the theory parts of the qualification into theory and i do see some inprovements i the way i driver the van and some cases my own car
we have an christmas party but thats about it
Yes
i would recommend iceland to a friend because i injoy working for the company and the rate of pay is very good for what we have to do
try being flexbly cos you never know what the day will bring
