Yeah definitely improved my communication skills and teamwork skills
I really enjoy the programme especially on the shop floor. The office placement is rather boring but gives you time to do paper work
Really good as it gives you time in lots of different areas in the factory
Alot. They have meetings regularly with us to check we are doing okay
Lots like above
I think it helps alot
Yes there is a gym and they have football events and a group called Gen A which do lits if trips
Yes
Because it's a life long carrer that pays well and most of the people adhere far really easy to get along with
Make sure you put lots of effort in and tell Airbus why they should pick you. You want to stand out from the rest
