First year is Monday to Friday at college completing a level 2 in aerospace engineering, aswell as getting BTEC's in subjects like maths and business. Year 2 is 3 days in the factory completing a level 3 NVW in aerospace engineering, and 1 on day release at college doing more BTEC'S.
Yes, more skills that in can count, and also developed team skills and how a proper engineering environment works.
The amount of responsibility given is a good part, you still have people who look over your work and help you fix any problems.
At points there are lapses in organisation and timeliness of things happening but all in all its okay.

Yes there's college activities that cna be involved in aswell as groups inside airbus.
