  • Arrive 7:35 get changed into PPE find fitter work along side then between 7:45-1 Shift change T h is is when I go and have my lunch Meet next fitter work along side/ shadow him on the activities such as drilling, between 1-5 when I then finish my day.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I I have learned many new skills during my apprenticeship such as, hand skills like drilling measuring and mark out and bolting. I have also learned skills such as personal skills and working within a team to get each job done!

  • I thoroughly enjoy learning new things each day whilst conversing with new people and extending my social network which will help in the future

  • My programme is structured well as we have a full year to complete level 2 then 2 years to complete level three so you can learn and complete your work without overloading yourself with stress. You move around the placements extending your skills dithers

  • We receive plenty of support if we have a problem I know who to go to within the business who can help me with the desired problem which has arose
