My manager appreciates all the work that i carry out and I am rewarded for good work.

I am supported by my manager and the rest of my team.
I live at home which is very close to my work location. The pay therefore is excellent.
There are lots of work events that I can attend and I am encouraged to carry out lots of giveback and out of work activities.
