I have learnt a lot about managing a business and staff. How best to manage and different ways for each person and their individual ways. How to work well with stakeholders and to ensure the business grows to the goals and plans we have. How to build a good team.
I really enjoyed it o ce I got a new assessor. The assessor I had st the start was not good and I was worried but after a short time I got a new one and really hot going then. He was very good and made thi ga a lot easier.
Very well. When i got my new assessor after a few months things just fell into place. He explained thi ga well. I had a lot more work to do and it was marked within days of me sending it. It was consistent and I always knew where I was up to.
None. My employer gave me the opportunity to get started then I was given no support at all. I was sometimes asked if I was doing ok but when I told them I was struggling with my initial assessor they didn't say anything. I was never given any time to complete work
Very much. He was very good and if I needed anything and emailed he would always reply quickly. He supported me to have a good understanding and would give advise when needed. He was very patient when I struggled initially with the site and helped me understand it better. Very good.
I feel a lot more knowledgeable and confident in believing in myself. I feel that although I felt confident before I am now more so.i have started my own business and have been using this knowledge which has been great. I have also used this knowledge in my profession and found difficult staff easier to manage.
None. They do a Christmas event and sometimes a small summer event but there are no specific social events other than those. It is quite spread around the north west so difficult to get all together. The company is looking for ways to be a better company but there is so much work for staff that takes priority obviously.
Yes
The support I received was great. I myself enjoyed the course. I feel that it was efficient my assessor was easy to get in touch with. My work marked very quickly. I also got some great and honest feedback and that helped me to move for ward to create better work.
Dont worry at the start. It all seems really daunting and you feel like you dont know if you can do it but it soon becomes clear and you fly through. It's a lit of hard work but very worth it. If you are unsure about anything you must ask.
