I manage a portfolio of 133 active accounts, I help manage an array of customer varying from Councils to hospitals, Universities, & many other business'. I deal with escalations, chase for late payments when invoices aren't paid, I deal with customer queries, cross-sell out other services and provide excellent customer service.
I have learned that I do need to work on my Time management skills! I thought that this was an area that I would excel in but found that I did need to ask for help and use tools to help in this area. I not use different ways to manage my time and the tools I've been given, do work!
I'm really enjoying the programme I am on! I am learning lots of new skills and behaviours and feel that this is benefitting me inside and outside of work. The time management tools are extremely beneficial! It is adding a lot to my work load but I feel it is worth it!
Very well organised! I really like the website that I use 'Bud' where my assignments are set and where I submit my work. My tutor comes in to see me at work on a regular basis & clearly outlines what is expected of me. If I need anything at all - She is always there!
The support given by my Manager, team leader and colleagues is second to none! If I need anything at all my Manager is always there. I feel I have got a great level of support from my employer. I know who and where to go to should I need anything to assist with my learning.

The skills and behaviours that I am learning help me inside and outside of work. Everything that I learn I can and do put into practice and I can also teach my colleagues and team the new skills that I am learning. I know more about managing a team now.
The team at work regularly organise nights out to spend together outside of work to build on relationships. We attend annual sales conferences together and other networking events. We spend time in other parts of the business to increase knowledge and to help us have more of an understanding of other departments.
Yes
I would recommend Paragon to my friends and colleagues as I feel that I am learning a lot of new skills and behaviours and feel that it is benefitting me inside and outside of work. It helps improve knowledge and helps you climb the ladder so to speak. It's a lot of work - But it's worth it.
The advice I would give to others that were thinking of joining Paragon and enrolling on a course is to think carefully before doing so as there is a lot of work invoiced but to definitely go for it as it helps and benefits you and you learns lots of new skills.
