Servicing corporate banking clients, processing credit applications and risk management.
Learnt a lot through doing the job, not so much from the training provider.
I've enjoyed the programme but it is difficult to fit in the off-the-job training when working in a busy environment. It's not always realistic to have 20% off-the-job and it creates a lot of pressure.
Not very well structured and organised as I have had 3 talent coaches in the space of 18 months so very little consistency.
Employer was always supportive and tried to organise breaks from the job to do focus on development
