  • My role within Airbus as an Apprentice is to learn my trade by watching skilled fitters and using there guidance for me in the foreseeable future.

  • Throughout my time I have developed my skills and learnt new ways of performing my job roles.

  • I find my work very interesting and I take pride in my work.

  • This program could be abit more organised however I understand the great deal of hard work that goes on behind the scenes

  • There is some support from our employer however I would like abit more support on the academic side

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • There are some supports which I use and are fully great full for however there could be some more on offer.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • There are some qualifications that are specific to our job within the future however some do not suit. I understand that these qualifications may help me progress further within the future so therefore do my best in all subjects

  • Airbus offer a Gen-A program. This offers lots of sports clubs after work hours.

  • Yes

  • I already have. This is because I have fully enjoyed my experience so far and want to share this with others


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Airbus?
  • Do what is asked of you before the deadlines. Also stay ahead to the game and hand assignments in before this.
