I am am an Engineer, I fix faults with the telephone network and I install Telephone lines and Fibre to the Cap
Yes I have learnt lots of new skills, from Health and Safety to interpersonal skills how to deal with people
This program has been very well presented, the trainers have been very helpful and very easy to talk to.
it is very well structured, each NVQ day is fully explained to us, we have a one to one with our trainer who gives us encouragement and lots of feedback about how we are progressing
They give as much support as they can
They have been very supportive from the start, always there to give advice, and there is a genuine feeling that that they want us to succeed
I wouldn't say it helped me to perform better, but it has made me think of other ways to deal with situations

So far it have been a great company to work for with lots of support networks and training
To be yourself, listen, take lots of notes and ask lots of questions
