Each day will differ depending on the time of the year, usually market research, looking at product and ranges and analysing data
I've learnt how to understand data, use market research effectively and communicate in an effective way
I enjoy the balance between my apprenticeship and job role. I like how I'm able to develop my skills, understand the business and network whilst gaining a qualification
At the beginning it seemed organised however, since the programme has gone on there's a lot less structure as my teacher isn't following deadlines so I feel like I have to organise my work a lot more and chase her for my work
A fair amount if I need help I can ask however, it's very much lead by yourself
As the apprenticeship has gone on I get fair less support and have to chase for my work to be marked
I find that majority of what I learn helps you have a better understanding of a business then in my role I can see my learning being carried out
Yes, there's a lot that you can do
Yes
I enjoy working here and my job role because it made to feel relaxed but gives you challenges to help you develop
Have a good understanding of the Tesco values
