I am on several cases and my role as an analyst is to ensure the day to day tasks are complete. I am to keep on top of deadlines and due dates
Yes, I have learnt several account skills and terminology.
I really enjoy the programme and work hard as I know it will benefit me in the long run
Very well structured. I know exactly who to reach out to if I have any specific queries and I know I am well looked after.
I receive support for my every-day case managers as they help me stretch my skills. I also have a counsellor who is a manager who is dedicated to helping me progress my career which makes me feel very well supported.
It is very hard to balance work and studies but we are given plenty of annual leave which we can use to take time off to focus on our studies. The training provider has an abundance of online tools and you can also phone a tutor if you have any specific questions
Looking at where I am compared to one year ago, when I was only in the process of my first exam, I have a much greater understanding of accounting and my role which makes me perform a lot better at work. I have to ask a lot less questions and it makes me more efficient in producing my work.
There are extra-curricular activities but I feel they could be more advertised as I am not very familiar with them. There are lots of social activities which are always planned and anyone can attend
Yes
It is a great opportunity to learn on the job and gain an excellent qualification.
Always make sure to be yourself! Interviewers are just people who want to know that you will fit into a team
