My day-to-day role consists off going to client meetings and conducting testing on various accounts
I have developed my ability to multi-task given I am constantly working on various projects at the same time and this requires the ability to adapt to change
I am enjoying the programme as it has allowed me to develop my soft and hard skills whilst allowing me to expand my network at the same time
The programme is very structured given you know what tasks you are supposed to be working on and you always know when your exams are
We receive a lot of support given the colleagues are very supportive and we are also given a buddy and counsellor
We receive a lot of support from the training provided given we have access to online resources which let us access learning material remotely
The qualification directly helps us do better in our job by allowing us to develop our technical knowledge
There are many extra-curricular activities to take part in such as sporting teams. There are also numerous networking and social events you can go to each week
