Looking after a portfolio of clients tax returns, including completing the tax return dealing with queries, dealing with HMRC on behalf of the client
Learnt new skills in regards to people and management and how to lead a team. Developed new skills that in new areas that i had never studied before.
The program was an eye opener and I felt I benefited from the program personally and gain a lot of knowledge to take back to the workplace and use in the future
The program was very well organised. The structure of the program did not fit in perfectly with my working life however it could be tailored to help.
The employer gave me time off to complete work that needed to be done for the course. They also helped provide opportunities to make sure I was able to complete the required expectations.
The training provider was very supportive and made sure that the opportunities were there and made sure that we had covered all the learning that we need to pass the course.
The learning has helped me develop and read myself and other people better and allowed me to build better relationships. It has also allowed me to learn new process which make my day to day role easier.
