We are able to work in a team building a software platform in different roles such as business analysis and quality assurance.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learning some Java, I used different languages but not this programming language before. Visiting a client site and interacting with clients. Thinking about the end-user (design thinking) and using Udemy/Successfactor courses.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy working with the team and the flexible working sometimes. The company culture is very collaborative and focused on the people and the skills we have and learn. I am enjoying my work- some days more than others!

workshops and meetings with skill coach good but very detached.

Great community spirit and the team I work in members listen to ideas from everyone and take them on board.
