I am an Executive Assistant - I action work that partners/directors request incl. travel, expenses, meeting organisation, events management etc.
I have developed organisational skills, time management skills and social skills.
I enjoy my programme a lot as it has allowed me to meet many new people and learn a lot of new skills.
The structure of my programme from the external providers is good, however it could be managed better. The EY programme is great.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. I have 2 coaches and 1 mentor who are always on hand to assist, as well as the larger team.
I receive some support from my training provider however they are often confusing and miscommunicate.
My training provider allows me to understand the business better and in more depth - this gives me more insight into my role.
Yes there are a few - I can get involved with themed events or attend activities such as yoga.
