It involved learning about different roles within the company. On the first week I completed a learning log and in the second week I did works experience at Care Tech. I produced several presentations in a group and interacted with people.
I have learnt personal and professional skills through working with people from different backgrounds and from working in a professional business. I have worked as a team which has made me gain better teamwork skills and I am able to work more productively.
I enjoyed meeting new people and being part of such a big company. It did meet my expectations. I contributed in working as a team.
It was organised as everything was explained in a clear manner. There was support provided for students as staff were willing to help.
I could see myself fitting in as the atmosphere was positive and people were friendly.
The work experience did give me an insight or job roles and how varied the roles are of a company. I got employees perspectives which was helpful.
I was paid for this works experience. Meals- Vouchers were given for most of the days
