The first week involved attending daily workshop and seminar style talks where we learned more about the EY foundation and had to complete a qualification tasks. For the second week I interned at the digital and IT sector with another person and also got to meet my mentor who has helped me.
Leadership skills Communication skills Team working skills Presentation skills I have also developed much as a person in learning about my own skills and what I need to work in and also the benefit from actually setting personal and timed goals - which are called SMART goals that we learned about.
I massive enjoyed my experience and the networking opportunity it was so wonderful to learn about all the different sectors and departments that comprise such a massive and globally recognised company. The view was especially stunning and I felt extremely lucky to have been assessed such an amazing opportunity to learn from
It was exceptionally well organised and prepared which made the experience that much more enjoyable. Everyday there was a new activity or something new for me to do and learn from we met new and different prophets each day which made the experience such an awarding a worth while one
I learnt a lot about EY inclusion and how much the company values it’s employees. The company is very prideful of its openness and everyone rest I can into contact to expresses so much love for their job and happiness to see other people qhaving access to EY company
It has showed me much about the finance sector and provide insight into how the working environment would be like which has spurred me further and further my ambition into entering the financial advisory sector as I feel I have the skills and capacity to succeed in the industry from my experience
I has paid very well for my two weeks at the company and was paid in two instalments. It was very helpful for me as is part of what attracted me to the opportunity. I was not reimbursed for my travel expenses as I did not ask and did not need it
There were so many opportunities presented for us on a daily basis for networking which made the experience that more enjoyable and memorable. We had acres to do many people And every person was given a mentor for 10 months to help guide us and mentor us for anything we need

It was such an amazing and great experience that I so grateful to have been lucky to go to I learnt so many skills and was also awarded an accredited qualification out of it as well as getting paid. So yes I would definitely recommend the experience to everyone and anyone
Just be open and honest and been enthusiastic about the opportunity as it is a great one and definitely not one to be missed. When applying take time to give full attention to your application so that you are able to apply yourself fully and show a good light of yourself
