On a day to day I would be taking inbound calls from our customers - answering their questions or solving their queries. This could include helping customers find a suitable product for their need or advising order ETAs. Also calling out to customers, asking questions to find out any current opportunities or issues they're facing in order to offer the best solution.
Developed my learning skills - learning on the job and getting used to workplace practices. Confidence skils when on the phone - being sure of what you are saying and being honest when you don't know the answer. Working together in a team - knowing the value of individual expertise and experience.
Through the mix of classroom teaching/learning on the job, I am able to enjoy the experience of a business environment. Not just stuck to learning a sales role - understanding the business as a whole and given the opportunity to develop your personal brand to the fullest extent.
Clear cut understanding of what we need as apprentices. Planned tasks and events way ahead of schedule that give us apparent structure and clear understanding - specificaly time based. Knowledge that we need time to learn and understand but also not taking it too slow - avoiding 'boredom'.
Always checking that we are okay - try to make sure we are happy in what we are doing. Assured not to be afraid to raise any issues that need raising. Always happy to help and listen to your opinions and do the best they can to adapt to the situation.
Ability to send your current work progress and have it marked. Happy to answer any questions you may have. Planned visits face to face - ensure you fully understand what you need to complete, and check you are progressing well. Fully committed to helping us present the best work we can.
The qualification and process of completing the paperwork allows you to view what progression you have made through the course. By constantly noting down what you have done throughout the course allows you to see how much you have personally progressed as an individual throughout. Also gives you more value to the skills you have learned.
