I am an internal sales executive so am tasked with proactively hunting business whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction
Qaulifying leads, Objection handling, Customer Service, IT skills, Time Management,
I enjoyed the comradery within the team, almost like a family, and the interactive learning. When moving into the role it was very similar, easy integration into the team and a fun environment - this is down to the culture of the company
Very well organised
I received a lot of support, not only within work but if I had any issues outside of work they were always willing to listen and help, specifically my manager - this makes coming into work a lot easier
Likewise with the previous, I received a lot of support when our most recent trainer came in - he helped push me to achieve the best I possibly could
Everything that I have learnt for my apprenticeship has been a massive help towards my role. I feel if was to jump into the role without the training I have received I would find this job extremely difficult
Yes there is a Social club that offers activities with people from all over the business and not limited. These vary from going bowling to helping out within the community. For instance my team went to a local primary school to plant trees. We also have company parties
Yes
It is a very friendly environment, extremely easy to integrate into and also a very fun place to work
Just apply, they take a variety of people not necessarily those with the best grades - when at the assessment day try and show your qualities as best you can
