I shadowed an employee and helped them with admin tasks, preparing for clients and learning about what other roles the company has and how many different ways to get there
Better communication skills, I received a CMI leadership qualification, I gained confidence through doing several tasks requiring presentation and public speaking
To a great extent I was exposed to a completely different environment that I was used to and I learnt to enjoy it for all its differences
Very well we had a day to day well structured timetable
A lot because I got to meet a range of different people from a range of different positions
It made me consider EY as a possible career option
I was paid
Yes every single day
Yes
Because I had so much fun and learnt so much I think it really helped me grow
Make the most of the opportunity and say yes to as many tasks as you can possible do because they all help you grow
