  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • In my own personal experience the work done at college and learnt through the training provider did not help me perform better in my role, luckily my workplace were good at recommending online training i could complete and happy to have be shadow people around the building and answer any questions so i did still learn alot to help me perform better within the work place.
