It involved a 3 week placement where I was able to develop transferable skills to improve my personal development. I also was able to achieve a level 2 qualification in team leading.

It was fun and productive. We done something new everyday.
It was ok. At some point the staff had to change which did cause some inconvenience. Despite that, the activities were well organised.
Learnt a lot about the company and how they work by talking to existing employees. A lot of times, I was informed about the company and how they work etc.
It helped me decide to do an apprenticeship as I was notified of the pros and cons of going university.
They did offer, however when I tried to reimburse my travel costs they ignored my email.
There were many opportunities to network with employees and I was provided with a mentor for the next 10 months
