I am a ground floor team member meaning I work on the reception checking people in, answering questions, assisting guests with any problems, I also work in the restaurant as a waiter and a barman meaning I serve people, take their orders, serve on the bar and etc, I am always there for guests whatever they need.
Yes I have severely improved my social skills from my job, I also know a lot about legislations revolving my job and other jobs. I am also doing my level 2 apprenticeship where i develop new skills everyday which improve my abiltiy in my job and my day to day life
I extremely enjoy doing my programme as it's very useful to myself where it improves my quality in my job and helps me perform my job role to a professional and experienced extent; overall improving my satisfaction and also anyone I interact with is also more satisfied and has a better day.
Since lifetime training took over my programme it has been well organised and structured, it runs very smoothly and I always know what I'm doing and/or need to be doing, I'm never left wondering what to do next and i also know where I can go for support.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, from my line manager directly but also they are very supportive in directing me into the necessary places where I can get additional support from outside places or inside the company, I always know who to ask and where to go if I need any assistance.
I am fully supported from my trainer, like I said there is never a day where I don't know what I'm doing or what I'm supposed to be doing, I'm always able to ask my trainer questions whether about my job role, the qualification or others.
I feel that since I have started this training I have drastically improved my performance in my job role, I am more experienced and better trained to go about job,
