So far I have thoroughly enjoyed my programme, it has given me lots of opportunities to grow and develop not only in the business world but also on a more personal level which is not something I was expecting
The programme I am on is very well structured with clear job roles in each year of my apprenticeship which was made obvious when applying for the apprenticeship. it was also clear how much university work we would be doing and how this would feed into the programme
I have receive so much support from my employer and I have always felt that I could ask for something if I needed it. they have also been very supportive with me being a part of STEM
I have received a moderate amount of support from my training provider however it is all new as this is an entirely online course and therefore responses are not the same as face to face
I feel that it massively helps me in my role as it is science based which means that I have more of an understanding of how the studies I am working on are operating and why
Yes there have been plenty of extra curricular activities such as a Christmas ball, STEM insight events, team social activities, walking clubs
Yes
They have been an amazing company to work for so far where I have been allowed to grow and develop. There is also something for everyone, it is not only a science based company as many people may believe
Be yourself!
