  • I learnt how to properly use a drill and not cause any damage to a wall in the process. I also learnt how to setup a telephone line.

  • I enjoy the idea of working by myself and having the responsibility of looking after customers.

  • I feel that virgin media looks after its staff well and the managers are approachable.
