It is very fun learnt new skills whilst in a working environment, I took a apprenticeship instead of Aleves and it has greatly helped with what I want from my future
It has taught me not only about the skills needed in engineering but also increased confidence and time management.
I love my programme having fun on the job whilst learning is a great experience and I highly recommend it
It is well organized. I have planned dates where I do new things between going college and going to the workplace
Lots I'm in constant contact with my employer and am always getting above from them about what to do when I make a mistake it get stuck
Any questions I need answering my employer is always there to help and has great knowledge on the subjects at college
It helps as I work with many people who are learning at the same time. It helps teach me the basics of engineering that are fundermental
