Processing invoices and expenses for the university. Paying suppliers and dealing with technical issues relating to payments we have made.
Social skills, being able to easily communicate with new people or colleagues that I meet throughout my journey as an apprentice.
I enjoy my programme a lot, it has helped me to start my professional career and gain many useful skills along the way.
Very well organised and structured I feel confident that the universities apprenticeship team have a well structured apprenticeship scheme.
When support is needed it is available to me at all times. This does not matter whether this support is for physical work or mental capability.
My training provider offers support at all times when I it is needed. This applies mainly for my weekly learning at college mostly. My tutor is very supportive and is always available to help with any queries.
With my qualification I will be able to progress through my professional career. These qualifications will allow me to carry out different roles within the university.
I am part of an apprentice ambassadors group for the university, with this group we meet regularly to discuss about ways to improve the apprenticeship scheme for the university. I also help out with careers fairs and other promoting events that the university invites me to attend.

The universities apprenticeship scheme is a great place to get involved in what a working experience is like at the same time as progressing with qualifications to help climb the chain within your role in the university.
Commitment if you show the university that you are willing to try your hardest and give your all to the apprenticeship scheme it really stands out and is a very good quality which is valued highly.
