My role has HR administrator in the team involves running reports and analysing the data within these reports and dealing with queries in both workday and salesforce. As well as getting involved in projects as and when needed.
I have learnt/developed a few new skills especially in excel learning a vlookup and other formulas.
I am thoroughly enjoying my programme my team is a pleasure to work with and everybody is extremely helpful.
I feel that my programme is very well organised and structured I am always clear with what I am doing both job and study wise and someone is always on hand in case I need support.
I receive support as and when needed from my employer they give me the freedom to go off and experience tasks by myself but if I do require support guidance is always on hand.
I feel I receive a general level of support from my training provider they give you a lot of freedom to go off and learn by yourself
In my role in HR I feel by completing the business administration apprenticeship tasks it helps me to understand the business as a whole not just through HR however some tasks are quite hard to link to HR
Yes their is a gym on site at my location as well as social events with the site itself e.g. xmas party and quiz night as well as my team having social events
Yes
I would recommend Unilever to a friend because they are so welcoming and a pleasure to work for they have been very supportive with me throughout my apprenticeship so far and I also like what they stand for with sustainability
During the assessment centre just be yourself. Unilever are not looking to see who is the smartest or the most intelligent their they are looking at you and what you can bring to Unilever.
