CMI - marketing -I deal with the budgets of my team -raise all payments to be sent to other companies -join calls with my team and outside organisations -work on marketing projects and advertising -help my manager with any projects of hers, as well a taking on my own

I enjoy it... however I would prefer if we were able to swap teams once in the 2 years as it would help us to see which role we would like to take on in the future
it is fairly well organised, could be worst. extreme lack of organisation at the beginning.
