The programme itself is good, it's well planned out and with college gives you a good mixture of on and off the job work and training.
College is well structured, the apprenticeship side of the programme is less structured.
- Managers and other employees are really helpful, majority always want to help and I am happy asking people if I'm stuck and they will help.
First intuition is really good, the tutors that I have had are really helpful and clearly explain the content.
The qualification is linked to the work we do so knowing the qualification information helps me with my day to day job.
There are social networks to join such as the womans network and also evening networks every now and then.

- Make sure you prepare and know the reason why you want to join what sector you want to join - Look into making tax digital and also how IT is changing the way we are working
