I enjoy the work aspect of it, tho that is mainly down to the team and environment. The open uni course is not very good.

Yes
The uni course that you do with the apprenticeship is ok, but that is the same with most apprenticeships. What is different is the company. They are flexible with working from home, accommodating to any needs, all very friendly people.
Do your research on them, come prepared with questions about there environmental and social aspect. Come across as confident.
