Involved in Innovations and Operation of Unilever Workplaces and offices. In particular commercial aspects and finance. I engage with suppliers that run our softwares in our team and also suppliers that run our facilities.
Yes, confidence has grown massively. Experience in corporate but relaxed environment. Developed stakeholder management skills.
I do enjoy it, however Commercial / Finance was not my chosen area I wanted to go in to. You apply for the apprenticeship scheme e.g. business admin, but line managers choose you so you can end up anywhere in the business.
Very well organised and structured.
Regular catch ups in place. But not the best if you have an issue, but fine if everything is fine.
Always responsive to emails if you need help.
Not at all, everything learnt is in my role.
Yes always social activities, and are sports teams on offer. Big network opportunities too.
Yes
