I enjoy going to work everyday and have made lots of friendships within this programme. It is fun and challenging, as well as very rewarding.
It is organised rather well and allows me to balance study time along with practical work.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, and especially my line manager. She is available whenever I need to query something or gain assistance with something. I can reach out to a lot of colleagues including my direct employers for help whenever I need it.
I am supported well from my training provider, who assigned me a learning and development coach who is available 24/7. My coach helps me with any queries and concerns I may have about my apprenticeship.
It helps me a lot as I can utilise various techniques that we are taught within our qualifications in my role.
Yes, lots of social activities run, such as team meals, office parties etc. There are also clubs on at lunch such as yoga and running.

Unilever is a fantastic place to work and encourages success and development. Unilever care about their employees and we are all treated with respect. It is also a great company to work for due to the environmental benefits we bring.
I would advise you to really consider why you are applying to Unilever - if you want to make a difference to the environment and work at a place that encourages learning, development and achievement, then you are applying to the right place.
