I work in financial services assurance. My job involves travelling, speaking to clients, and testing client processes.
Accounting, finance, banking, audit, programming, data science, leadership.
Hard work, but can often be enjoyable.
Well structured with thought out internal trainings, in addition to regular ICAS (college) blocks and exams.

ICAS training is directly relevant to audit and accounting, particularly in financial services.
There are very frequent socials (2x per month on average). There are also lot's of social events which happen outwith work, such as 5-a-side football / drinks.

It is probably one of the best programs you can do if you're looking to fast-track from school into a career in finance. When I leave at the age of 23 I will have better qualifications / experience than most uni grads will have by the time they're 30.
