My role is to provide the upkeep of Enterprise branches. This could include painting, carpeting, cleaning etc.
I have so far learned how to paint, grout, tile, and briefly carpet.
I have been made to feel very welcome and enjoy taking on numerous new tasks so I am thoroughly enjoying myself so far.
There is very good communication between everyone in the company. There isn't a time where I don't know where I am going to be for the day or what I'm doing on that day.
I recieve full support every day if need be.
I have received a good amount so far as a few tests have been completed on what I know so far etc. With the practical work I have had a lot of support with showing how to do things properly and to a good standard.
I feel that it helps as it gives me something to work for, and doing small tests throughout keeps me on my toes with the knowledge side of things.
They perform charity events and there is a yoga club.
Yes
Overall a very well organised company who offer a lot of help when needed. Haven't put a foot wrong.
Go for it as you'll be made to feel welcome straight away.
