I work for a school travel company. We send school groups on education trips I make hotel reservations for our school groups for all over the world. I negotiate rates and liaise with hoteliers to secure the best rates and availability.

She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was an invaluable support - always available on the phone and answered emails quickly. This course was not what i thought it was going to be (i thought it would be more hands on - which it wasn't), however i learned a lot of theory by doing the work and i also learned a lot from [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] and our sessions!!
