My role involves general business admin relating to sales & marketing, and working on admin support for customers to the business also.
I have developed a lot of skills, from both my apprenticeship & role. I have also been able to undertake additional training courses throughout my time.
I enjoy the work i do & it tends to change frequently & remain challenging. The role it's self is helping me continuously improve skills & it varies enough to allow me to be flexible between work and my degree qualification.
I tend to complete the qualification / program independently - but if i needed the support i know my manager could help where possible. I manage my own time to study & complete work whilst completing my role also. The program was fairly new to the company & so we are still learning how to manage it.
From my manager i receive any support i need, if i ask for this.
QA has been supportive within some modules and others have been poorly organized / supported; this has made some of the qualification this year more difficult. The organization isn't great in some aspects ie workshop scheduling, but has been fed back & worked on.
My qualification currently is giving me a better insight into management and leading and the general aspects of business - this is helping me with my understanding of the business, rather than directly affecting my current role.
We complete 4 hours as a minimum of community involvement each year as a team.
