It was involving teams and we had to do different activities everyday like some days we had to identify what makes a good team leader and we did it on laptops that they gave to us and we met new people who were similar ages to us we also had mentors.
i learnt how to overcome problems and find solutions i also learnt the importance of how important it is to network especially when theres other companies and big businesses involved because you could find great opportunities just by networking and i seen how important it was to network so I could get involved with these people.
I really enjoyed it because it was a professional working environment and I really got to see what it was like to work in a business environment as I never had before and there was also guest speakers telling us about their experience which I found interesting as I got to envision myself doing what theyre doing
I would say it was quite organised if you abided by what they told you and instructed you to do as it is one of the big 4 they really held up that title because things like events hosted by them was very well organised and I dont think anything ever went wrong
I learnt alot about the company culture everyone cares about each other and if you need something you can just ask and evenw hen it got competitive everyone was involved as a team and I really enjoyed the atmosphere overall and I would love to experience it again
Kind of because I now know accounting is not for me althought i had a good experience i know what i dont like doing which will slim down my choices as im more aware of what i enjoy
