I enjoy being on this programme as there is a year group of us all in the same position so you don't miss out on making new friends (one of the main reasons people choose to go to university) and you're getting paid to learn invaluable skills!
Very well structured. We have study leave to go to college to study towards our ACA professional qualification and also get allocated home study to fit around our existing work schedule.
We are constantly supported by our colleagues while at work and they encourage us to ask questions as well as them offering additional support to help with our studies.
We receive a lot of support as they want us to pass our exams as much as we do. They would offer us additional time or resources if we needed to do so.
Studying the ACA alongside working in audit really helps to understand the work we are doing in more detail and the more technical aspects to each task.
EY are always promoting networking events to get to know more people within the organisation as well as other large businesses in the same industry.

The people are really welcoming and always happy to help out when you are struggling.
Research the business, be yourself in the interview and tell them why working for them would help advance your career path in the future.
