Learnt new skills on how to deal working both individually and as a team. Learnt new skills relating to the job role.
Enjoy the job role when not overwhelmed with stress/travel.
Structuring process has become better later into the program. The beginning was either rushed or spread out over a long period of time.
Receive a lot of support from everyone within the firm.
This varies depending on whether you are at college or not. Receive a lot of support at college - when working individually receive more support from other apprentices further into the program.
Gives the job role more background and greater understanding into day to day requirements.
There are lots of social activities with the team.
