  • 80% of my time is supporting clients understand their problem, designing solutions, implementing and building technology, testing, training and completing reviews after technology has gone live.

  • A variety of technology tools (i.e. SAP, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Power BI) as well as frameworks (i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript). In addition, I've learned soft skills including leading meetings, client communications and team leadership.

  • 9/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Clear induction and understanding of when training exists. There is support at all levels across the business and clearly defined timeline for the programme. The gap is in understanding of what happens after the programme has finished.

  • 2 Quarterly reviews - one with line manager and one with training provider. In addition, regular catch ups with the programme leadership teams and adhoc support from across the business.

  • Too many to describe - lots of sports teams and networks, cultural teams and networks, additional roles, training events and more!

  • Friendly environment for learning and for serving clients. EY has a large focus on the development of people and is a great place for starting and developing your career!

  • Read all of the guidance on the website, speak to people at EY and attend any of the various experience days that EY puts on. Importantly, make sure that you be yourself!
