Learning how to conduct yourself in an office environment. Experiencing what it's like to work in an office. Making new friends and connections.
How to conduct myself in an office environment including attire, behaviour and other things like how to write formal emails, how accounting companies work and also developed time management and communication skills.
Enjoyed it massively as it helped me decide to go into Business after college and i learnt many new things and made loads of friends that I still talk to.
Very organised, everything was running on time and we had a clear layout and structure of each day with equipment and set times for everything.
I learnt that the working environment there is relaxed but productive and its diverse and inclusive and a nice place to work.
It helped me decide I want to go into Business and I want to do an apprenticeship. I applied to their Apprenticeship programme in Tax as I was inspired.
Yes we were paid very well.
Yes there was as we were paired with an employee to help with their work and shadow and go to meetings with which helped me to meet other employees.
