    • Loads on introductory of EY. Very diverse culture. Many other firms don’t offer such an insightful experience to people from disadvantaged backgrounds

    • Given a mentor through process and after EXperience. Throughout the week many EY employees came to talk to us ; delivering insightful talks

    • Provide many opportunities to young people and this makes makes them different from other firms. Very insightful experience

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?

    • Jus be yourself and authentic. They don’t have a specific characteristic looking for; wang people from a diverse background and different skill sets
