  • Loads on introductory of EY. Very diverse culture. Many other firms don’t offer such an insightful experience to people from disadvantaged backgrounds

  • Provide many opportunities to young people and this makes makes them different from other firms. Very insightful experience

  • Jus be yourself and authentic. They don’t have a specific characteristic looking for; wang people from a diverse background and different skill sets
