  • It worked well with training and practical work with a good balance

  • Brett was always a phone call away and always willing to help whenever he was able, if this was simply helping talk through a problem or meeting us out in the field

  • They are willing to give training with new equipment and keep us aware of our targets

  • The pay is good and the bonus's are great

  • Ignite allows us to persue different learning opportunities and lead roles allow us to develop and become a core team member

  • They apprenticeship is a great way to gain skills and knowledge and they pay is more than a regular apprenticeship
