Business Development Exec Review

My Job role consistes of working in a sales team to provide the best customer service for resellers. This consists of giving out quotes, building customer relationshsips and helping out with any of there orders etc tracking, pricing.

I have learnt new skills by doing my apprenticship at Tech Data. This inculdes customer relationsonship building, sales skills by doing a natural traianing course which GKA organised for us, team building by doing our outwardbounds course in the lake district. I have also developed my confidenece by stepping out of my confeidnce zone by doing differnt day to day tasks.

At the moment I am really enjoying the programe. It is givining me the abailty to learn something new everyday and greater my knowledge throughout Tech Data. This means I am also greatering my business skills everyday, which makes me become a more confident person.

Our apprenticiship programme at Tech Data is very well organised. Everything has been accurately all planned out for us. This means we know what we are learning next and how to prepapre for it. This means we are ready for everything!

The support which we recicve from our employer is a huge amaount! (Tech Data) If we are every stuck on anything or we do not understand we also have the abilty to ask for help from various people around the business. This shows that they care about us and want us to grow.

We reciveve again, alot of support from GKA. Our learning coach comes and vists us at leat once a fortnight. This is to go through our work which we do alongside our learning at Tech Data. This enables us to check what we are doign correctly and what to work on for our course work. This also means we have someone to contact if we are ever stuck on our work as well.

Having a qualification through our training provider shows that we can work in a business and still do outside work. This shows we can manage our work life every effectivly and we are all hard working. As we want to get the grades which we desire.

Yes, there are other activites which you can get involed at within work. For example social club, after work football teams, work weekend days out etc.

I would recommend Tech Data to a friend, because you will always learn something new everyday. Also you are never tied down to the opportunities which are less than a reach away with hard work.

The tips/adavice which I would give when applying to Tech Data are, make sure you really would like to do a apprentship for one, be prepared you have to put in the work to see the results and that you are always willing to learn, healp people out when they need help, to greater you and have fun!
