Telecommunications engineer Provide and maintain services and great customer education Always in close contact with other engineers and managers
Job specific technical skills have been acquired as well as great customer service and a great knowledge of the job
The job is excellent and can be rewarding in many ways. My apprentice manager has made a sure I have had the best possible experience and the rest of the staff have been excellent.
I feel very important in virgin media and have been referred to as the future for the business
