The flying start placement consisted of university students gaining experience and exposure at the workplace in conjunction with classroom learning at university. The job involved working as associates in audit teams for asset wealth management companies, learning and gaining knowledge about different types of testing and documentation from those senior to you.
By shadowing senior associates and working closely with senior managers, I've learnt and developed a lot of new skills including effective communication with the client and with other team members, microsoft excel skills, usage of PwC's internal softwares and efficient testing methodology used for various FSLIs in AWM.
